These are functional planters with mesh tray inserts that create a pretty large reservoir of water (8 oz, or so). My issue is that the drain plug is made of the same plastic material as the planter and fits very snugly in the drain hole. I would have to destroy the plug to remove it. I'm using LECA in them, currently. I don't think I'd use them with soil unless I have a rubber drain plug that fits fits hole.I really like the look and design of these pots. They’re a decent size, for being a wall planter, and will give me pothos plant plenty of rooting room. The style and color really go nicely with my other planters and room decor. The description and parts are exactly as described in the listing. Overall, I’d recommend these and buy them again, especially for the price.These are a lifesaver with a toddler and not much room for my plants. It keeps them up high, out of the way and safe and they're easy to hang. I really like the drainage system too.Nice, very sturdy. Pay attention to the hooks though - they only work in certain applications.These planters are any to set up amd can decorate any fencing easily.3 different flowers planted!
