I really doubt these are 5 gallon , their about 4 inches smaller than my 5 gallon bucket ??????? can't send them back , put dirt in one before I realized they were small than my 5 gal. bucket .not super flimsy like some are. My only issue is some are missing the 6th hole like this one! I just now noticed it. Now I have to cut a hole and hope it doesn’t tearI have a parked camper where I spend time in the summer and I like to do container gardening there. I've been using massive plastic pots, which is fine when they're outside, but come fall, storage is a real issue. These collapsible 'bags' are going to save me sooo much space! They're very sturdy, seem to be well-constructed, and are easy to use. I do plan on cleaning them out and attempting to use them for at least a couple seasons. If that works out, at this price point they can't be beat. Even if it doesn't, I still think it's a heck of a deal for making life easier. These are great grow bags.I decided to try a container garden this year and it is working out very well! The gophers usually ravage my in-ground garden, but these containers put a quick stop to that! Now, I just have to contend with the bugs...These grow bags are so easy to use. I chose the seven gallon size, as I thought it was the mot versatile and it has enough room for the root systems of all but the largest plants in my garden. These grow-bags are thick and sturdy and the fabric is holding up very well to sunlight, heat and water. I was a bit concerned about that, but they have been out in 100 degree plus weather for a month now, and they look just as good today as they did on the day I planted veggies in them. The plants are growing really well in the containers -- they seem to respond very well to the increased air circulation for the roots versus in the heavy clay-like soil we have in our yard. Plants in grow-bags obviously need to be watered more frequently than plants in the ground, but these seem to keep the soil moist a bit better than some lighter-weight grow bags I purchased. These grow bags are well made with strong stitching.. The handles are robust and are securely sewn on, so I can easily move or re-position my grow bags as needed. I didn't try tethering the grow pots together via the steel grommets in order to train my plants, but I will try that next year. The current price of $19.99 for a set of five of these heavy-duty grow bags seems very reasonable, especially as they seem durable enough to last for at least two or three seasons. They make gardening so much easier...We've been growing tomatoes, peppers, mint, etc in these types of bags for a few years now. I can only compare these bags to the bags we purchased previously. They appear to be virtually identical, and the old ones could live several more years but they are frankly a pain to clean at year's end, so I decided to by some new ones. These 7-gallon bags have some grommets around the top. I'm not enough of a gardener to know what "low-stress training" means, go ahead and google it if you care. It would appear you could stick a support through any or all of the grommets. They will first be used in earnest next spring, and given their materials and construction, I anticipate that there will be no issues with them and that they will last several years if washed out at the end of your growing season and allowed to properly dry. This is my first experience with fabric growing bags and I'm impressed! Using these has helped me take most of the guesswork out of watering my plants. I am an over-waterer and so far I haven't had any issues because these drain so well. I love the added bonus of being able to move my plants around easily by the handles. Was not sure what to expect with these, as I’ve never bought anything like them beforeThese are sort of a heavy felt material that seems very sturdy and pliable - I like the riveted holes in them and the handles are great for moving the pots around when they are full of dirt and plantsThe 3 gallon size is a perfect size to get some starter trees of mine going until they can be planted in the groundlThe product arrived quickly and was well protected in transit. this is a five pack of 7 gallon fabric pots. Each pot has handles to make it easy to move around. These pots are big. I usually use 5 gallon pots but thought I would upgrade to see the difference and it’s almost as if these pots are twice as big as the five gal of pots. Not that that’s bad it’s just be aware that they are bigger than they seem.
